Payment policy
Payment must be completed before order fulfillment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. All transactions are processed securely through certified payment gateways. Failed payments may result in order cancellation.
Delivery policy
UAE Standard Delivery: AED 25 for orders below AED 350.
UAE Free Delivery: Free delivery for orders AED 350 and above.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and UAE public holidays. Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination within the UAE. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/sms.
We currently ship within the UAE. Delivery times may vary during promotional periods or high-volume seasons.
Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
