After an order is delivered, hubl automatically marks it as completed once your return window ends; after that, the order can’t be cancelled or returned and it will appear in your reports and credit balance.

“Payment pending” means the buyer started checkout but hasn’t paid yet, so you don’t need to ship the order and it won’t count in your sales reports or credits until the payment is confirmed.
