Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
The product is unused, unworn, and in perfect original condition.
The silk shows no signs of wear, stretching, or damage.
No presence of perfume, makeup, oils, deodorant, sweat or any trace of use.
The item has not been washed, steamed, ironed or exposed to humidity.
All original packaging, silk pouches, tags and care cards are included.
The hygiene seal (if applicable) is intact and unbroken.
Items failing to meet these conditions are not eligible for return and will be shipped back to the customer.
