Delivery Policy

UAE Free Delivery: Free delivery on all orders.

All ATTŌ pieces are handmade, so please allow 3–4 days for preparation before dispatch.

Shipping Methods and Costs:
• We offer standard and expedited
shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business
days after payment is confirmed.

Refund Policy

At ATTŌ, every crochet clutch is handmade with care. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Returns
• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn,
and in their original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer.
• Once we receive and inspect the
item, refunds will be processed to
the original payment method
within 5–7 business days

Exchanges
• Exchanges are accepted within 7
days of delivery.
If you’d like to exchange your clutch for a different colour or style, contact us at sales@attouae.com or send us DM @atto.studios
• Items must be unused and returned
in their original packaging.
• If the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end, we will
cover the shipping both ways.
• For all other exchanges, shipping
fees will be charged to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
Because our items are handmade, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items
• Items damaged due to misuse or
normal wear & tear

Damaged or Incorrect
Items
If your TTŌ Bag arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@attouae.com or DM @atto.studios with photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Please email us at sales@attouae.com or DM @atto.studios with:
• Your order number
• The item you wish to return or
exchange
• Reason for return/exchange
• Photos (if applicable)
