Payment Policy

We accept the following payment
methods: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google
Pay.
All payments must be completed at the
time of checkout. Orders will not be
processed or shipped until full payment
has been successfully received.
All prices are listed and charged in DHS
unless otherwise stated.
In the event of a failed or declined
transaction, the order will be automatically
canceled, and customers will need to
reattempt payment to complete their
purchase.
Payments are processed securely through
PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
using SSL encryption to protect customer
data. We do not store or have access to
your full payment details.

Delivery Policy

UAE Standard Delivery: AED 10 for orders below AED 225 (less than 5 sleeves).

UAE Free Delivery: Free shipping for orders AED 225 and above (5 sleeves or more).

We aim to process and dispatch all orders
within 1–3 business days after payment
confirmation, excluding public holidays and
weekends.
Delivery times vary based on the
customer’s location and selected shipping
method. Estimated delivery times are as
follows:
• Within UAE: 1–5 business
days
• International: 5–15
business days (depending on destination
and customs clearance)
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly
displayed at checkout before payment is
completed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you
will receive a shipping confirmation email
along with tracking details, where
available.
Please note that delivery times are
estimates and may be affected by factors
beyond our control, including customs
procedures, weather conditions, courier
delays, or public holidays.
We are not responsible for delays caused
by inaccurate or incomplete delivery
addresses provided by the customer. Any
additional charges incurred due to
incorrect address details shall be borne by
the customer.

Refund Policy

No returns
