Delivery Policy

Dubai Standard Delivery: AED 10 for orders below AED 225 (less than 5 sleeves).
Dubai Free Delivery: Free shipping for orders AED 225 and above (5 sleeves or more).

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Please note that delivery times are
estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs procedures, weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect address details shall be borne by the customer.
